Dr. Mark completed his dental degree at the Philippine Dental College, uniting science, artistry, and compassion by 2019. In 2020, he founded Umbrella Dental Clinic with a mission to provide quality oral healthcare that is ethical, accessible, and affordable for every Filipino. True to his commitment to excellence, Dr. Mark never stopped pursuing growth—for the betterment of his practice and, most importantly, his patients. He completed a Preceptorship in Orthodontics and Orthotics at the Center for Clinical Orthodontics and TMJ Management, advanced training in Comprehensive Esthetic Dentistry at UP Manila College of Dentistry, and a Post-Graduate Course in Occupational Health and Safety at UP Manila College of Public Health. Today, he is specializing in Prosthodontics while also managing Rosales Dental Technology (RDT) Laboratory, ensuring seamless care from diagnosis to final restoration.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Mark is also passionate about education and mentorship. He teaches Grade 4 and Grade 5 students at Lighthouse Academy, guiding young minds with the same patience, integrity, and care he brings to his dental practice. Alongside his wife, Desiree Bondoc, who leads and strengthens the systems that allow the clinic to serve patients more effectively, Dr. Mark continues to build a practice anchored in service and compassion.
